De opdracht betreft de herinrichting en uitbreiding van de locatie Dar NV aan de Kanaalstraat te Nijmegen en omvat in hoofdzaak de volgende zaken: - het vergroten en het aanpassen van het huidige kantoorgebouw; - het aanpassen van het bestaande facilitair centrum; - het slopen van de bestaande stallingsruimte voor voertuigen en de wasplaatsen; - het nieuw bouwen van een stallingsruimte voor voertuigen met daarbij voertuigwasplaatsen; - het herinrichten van het terrein; - het uitvoeren van een bodemsanering. De indicatieve opdrachtwaarde bedraagt in totaal ongeveer € 12.000.000, - excl. Btw.
