Description

The framework agreement is a public supply contract for ā€˜First walking shoeā€™. Each new member who reaches the age of eleven months receives from the CM a voucher worth 50 euros. With this call for tenders, we want to establish a partnership with a distributor of quality children's shoes, whose values correspond to those of our organization. The goal is to offer parents a targeted voucher, allowing them to buy a selection of quality children's shoes from the relevant partner. We plan a financial intervention of 50 euros per purchase order. We further request that the selected partner makes an additional contribution, in order to increase the total value of the offer.
