The acquisition is carried out jointly by the National Board of Taxes and the Patentti and the Board of Registers.
As a result of the tender, the objective is to establish a framework agreement with a single supplier and to conclude a framework contract with the supplier for the supply and deployment of the CIS generation and development environments as a capacity service and associated management services.
The procurement concerns the operation of the technical environment of the JTJ, which at least targets the infrastructure of development, testing, training and production environments. In addition, the operating service provider shall be responsible for overseeing and managing the basic software platform of the information system together with the application set operator.
The Business and Community Information System (YTJ) is an information system operated jointly by the National Board of Patents and Registration and the National Board of Taxes, which allows the notification of information to both authorities by means of a single declaration.
The business and corporate information system includes companies and entities identified as:
— the commercial register,
— the Register of Foundations,
— the register of taxable persons for VAT purposes,
— the prepayment register,
— the Register of Employers,
— in the Tax Administration’s Client Register (Basic Tax Administration Information) and companies and entities which have been the subject of a declaration of incorporation but have not yet been entered in the abovementioned registers.
