The contract provides for the organisation of bus transport for pupils during the 2025-2026 school year (not during school holidays). The contract is subdivided into the following lots, to be awarded separately: - Lot 1: Bus transport BKO (Out-of-school childcare) - school year 2025-2026 - Lot 2: Bus transport Library - school year 2025-2026 Tenderers may submit a tender for one or both lots. It is forbidden to supplement the tender with proposals for improvement which the tenderer allows per lot in the event of merging the lots. The contracting authority has the right not to award a lot and may decide to include it in a new contract, if necessary in accordance with a different procedure. Each lot can be tacitly renewed three times for one school year each. The contracting authority and the contractor may cancel an extension by registered letter to be sent to the co-contractor at least five months before the start of the new school year. No compensation can be claimed for the non-renewal of a lot. The assignment will end by operation of law and without prior notice on 30 June 2029.
