Description

De afdeling medische microbiologie (MMB) van het UMC Utrecht is voornemens om twee van haar BD Bactec FX bloedkweeksystemen te vervangen door wederom twee BD Bactec FX bloedkweeksystemen. Op termijn is de afdeling MMB voornemens de BD Bactec FX bloedkweeksystemen wellicht te vervangen door BD Bactec FXi bloedkweeksystemen, die gebruik maken van dezelfde gevalideerde bloedkweekflesjes, maar een grotere capaciteit per systeem hebben en een gerobotiseerde monsterinname en daarmee verhoogde efficiëntie. Tenslotte is de afdeling MMB voornemens bij de onderhandelingen over een toekomstige verkrijging van nieuwe BD Bactec FX bloedweeksystemen, een verlenging van huidige lease contracten, dan wel vervanging van de BD Phoenix M50 instrumenten (voor geautomatiseerde gevoeligheidsbepaling) te betrekken. De opdracht bestaat in totaal uit de aanschaf van twee BD Bactec FX bloedkweeksystemen inclusief onderhoudscontract en benodigde gebruikslicenties.
