Description

The works contract PH-CL-23 – Acquisition and implementation of SCADA regional and local water and wastewater dispatchers within Hidro Prahova Company consists of the following works: • 1 x New SCADA Central Water and Wastewater Dispatch [SCADA-DC] – implemented at HPH headquarters in Ploiești in the Company’s Administrative Building. • 1 x New SCADA Regional Drinking Water Dispatch [SCADA-DRAp] – implemented within the Dumbrava treatment plant (STAP Dumbrava), • 1 x New SCADA Regional Waste Water Dispatch [SCADA-DRAu] – implemented within the Campina treatment plant (SEAU Campina). • 11 x SCADA Local Drinking Water Dispatches (new) [SCADA-DLAp] – will be implemented in containers located at the headquarters of each of the HPH Branches (Campina, Busteni, Sinaia, Comarnic, Breaza, Mizil, Urlati, Plopeni, Băicoi, Blejoi, Vălenii de Munte); • 11 x SCADA Local Wastewater Dispatches (new) [DLAu] – will be implemented in containers located at the headquarters of each of the HPH Branches (Campina, Busteni, Sinaia, Comarnic, Breaza, Mizil, Urlati, Plopeni, Băicoi, Blejoi, Vălenii de Munte) The number of days for which interested economic operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates is 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications / additional information as follows: - 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders for requests for clarifications submitted 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
