Description

The subject-matter of the contract is a service consisting in the performance of a water-law frame together with a water management and operating instructions for the Witoszówka I and II retention tanks on the Witoszówka watercourse in the city of Świdnica. The scope of the service includes: 1. implementation of a water law frame for water services (stamping and retention of the waters of the Witoszówka natural watercourse) and specific use of water (discharge of water from reservoirs) for the ‘Witoszówka I and II’ retention tanks, 2. implementation of water management instructions for the ‘Witoszówka I and II’ retention tanks, 3. implementation of operating instructions for the ‘Witoszówka I and II’ retention tanks, 4. preparation of a complete application for a water law decision for the ‘Witoszówka I and II’ reservoirs, as well as obtaining agreement on the completeness of documentation in accordance with the procedure in force at the PGW Wody Polskie (ZZ Legnica, RZGW Wrocław, KZGW).
