Description

Public procurement of products/equipment – ‘Energy machinery, systems and equipment’, broken down into 6 lots according to the specifications NOTE 1: The modification of the public procurement contract, during its period of validity, is made under the conditions laid down in Article 221 of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The amendment of the contract during its period of validity, other than in the cases and conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, shall be carried out by organising a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law. NOTE 2: In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is a maximum of 17 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP. NOTE 3: In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, also taking into account the provisions of the ANAP Notification on how to implement the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended.
