Description

The purpose of this consultation is to provide MEDICAL DEVICES FOR ORAL SUBSTANCE. The technical characteristics of the supplies must meet the requirements defined by the C.C.P. The Hospital Center of Valenciennes, support institution of the Hospitals of Hainaut-Cambrésis, acts as contracting authority of the Hospitals of Hainaut-Cambrésis. This open invitation to tender is subject to Articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This consultation will be carried out pursuant to Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the Public Procurement Code relating to framework agreements. It is a framework agreement with no minimum order forms with only one successful tenderer per lot as defined in Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code relating to framework agreements. The maximum is set for each lot for one year in Annex 1 List of lots with estimated and maximum quantities for one year. Estimated annual quantities per member are available in the quantification table.
