Description

The supplier of medicines appointed following the conclusion of a framework agreement with the "Bishop Nicolae Popovici" Municipal Hospital in Beius has a number of legal and contractual obligations aimed at ensuring the quality, safety and continuity of supply of pharmaceutical products essential for the conduct of medical activity. In accordance with Law No 95/2006 on health reform, Law No 98/2016 on public procurement and Government Order No 15/1992 on the establishment, organisation and operation of pharmaceutical establishments, the supplier has the following obligations: 1. Delivery of medicinal products on the terms agreed in the subsequent contracts (maximum 7 days), respecting the delivery deadlines, quantities and conditions specified. Delay or partial delivery may result in penalties or termination of the contract. 2. Assuring the quality and compliance of the products, all medicines delivered must be authorized for marketing in Romania, according to the regulations of the National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of Romania (ANMDMR). 3. Labelling, packaging and transport under compliant conditions, ensuring compliance with the temperature, safety and hygiene rules required by pharmacopoeias and national legislation. 5. Traceability of products – the supplier must allow for the identification and follow-up of each batch of medicinal products in order to be able to intervene quickly in case of non-compliance or withdrawal from the market.
