Description

The subject of the contract is a service for the collection and transportation of household waste from the territory of the municipality of Pleven to the Pleven Regional Waste Management Centre in the village of Bukovlak, Pleven Municipality. Waste collection and disposal are activities related to the treatment of household waste generated on the territory of the settlements of the municipality of Pleven. The 25 settlements – Beglezh, Bohot, Brestovets, Brashlyanitsa, Bukovlak, Varbitsa, Gortalovo, Grivitsa, Disevitsa, Koilovtsi, Kartozhabene, Kashin, Laskar, Mechka, Nikolaevo, Opanets, Pelishat, Pleven, Radishevo, Ralevo, Slavyanovo, Todorovo, Tuchenitsa, Turnene, Yasen – will carry out the waste collection and disposal. The waste will be transported to the Regional Waste Management Centre in the Pleven region, near the village of Bukovlak. The total amount of waste that is expected to be generated in a year is about 50 000 tonnes. The subject-matter of the contract is described in detail in Section 1 - Technical specifications.
