The Istituto Tumori “Giovanni Paolo II” IRCCS needs to identify in the territory of the Municipality of Bari a building, or several buildings that constitute a single compendium, already built or in the process of design and construction, to be purchased according to the procedure that will be subsequently identified, and to be used for outpatient activities, diagnosis, care and research as well as administrative offices. The property must have the following general preferential characteristics: - for reasons of continuity of care and connection between the various UU.OO. be located in the Municipality of Bari and within a radius of 5 km from the headquarters of the IRCCS in Viale Orazio Flacco No 65; - have an extension of not less than about 3,000 square meters that can be walked on (plus additional areas for parking according to the legal limits), to be used for the activities better described below; - have an intended use compatible with that referred to in this notice and comply with the requirements of the urban planning instruments in force; or, in the case of a currently incompatible intended use, the proposer must formally undertake, at his own expense and expense, to remedy this mismatch by the date set for the possible conclusion of the contract; - must be equipped with a certificate of usability, a Fire Prevention Certificate, energy certification, compliance with seismic regulations, stacking and more generally must be equipped with all the legal certifications necessary for the required functions; otherwise, the proposer must formally undertake, at his own expense and expense, to remedy this mismatch by the date set for the possible conclusion of the contract Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
