1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 225 m3 of diesel fuel, successively in batches over a period of 12 months under the system of maintenance-free diesel fuel collection-go with the possibility of supply and tanking management and use analytics (fuel management system and vehicle fleet management). 2. Provision, in the form of a lease for the duration of the contract, of tanks meeting the conditions laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 31 March 2008 amending the Regulation on the technical conditions for technical supervision to be met by non-pressure and low-pressure tanks intended for the storage of inflammable liquids (Journal of Laws of 2008, No. U. No. 60, item 371) with a distribution system for the maintenance-free extraction of diesel oil, which independently identifies motor vehicles, machines and devices as well as drivers, used for internal refuelling of the Employer's vehicles with diesel oil. 3. Compatible software protecting the Ordering Party's premises against unauthorized entry or exit using the Ordering Party's software and devices. The Ordering Party has Came GT 4 barriers (4 pieces) to which the Contractor should mount his own devices, compatible with the software provided by the Contractor for fuel management and vehicle fleet management. The contracting authority requires that the identification be carried out using the same identifiers that will be used to operate the fuel and fleet management system. 4. The Contractor shall specify in the tender: the net wholesale unit price of PLN/m3 ON as at 23 April 2025 and a discount for each litre of diesel fuel refuelled to vehicles or equipment for the entire duration of the contract. 8. The contractor will set a fixed monthly fee taking into account all costs of the task, such as: • Lease of the tank with a distribution system for collecting diesel oil, • Delivery of the ON to the tank, • Billing analysis, • On-line availability to data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, • and other necessary for the execution of the subject of the contract. 9. The Contractor shall indicate to the Ordering Party an additional (emergency) place for the collection of diesel fuel (i.e. a fuel station) under the conditions indicated in the FTZ Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of settlement in Annex 5 to the FTZ
