Description

The subject of the contract is the treatment of municipal waste generated in the territory of the city by the activity of R1 (waste - Cat. No 20 03 01, 20 03 03 and 20 03 07) and R3 (waste - Cat. No 20 01 08) pursuant to Annex 1 to Act No 79/2015 Coll. The service includes the daily acceptance of municipal waste from a company providing for the collection of municipal waste from the territory of the city of Prešov in accordance with Act No 79/2015 Coll. on waste and amending certain acts, as amended. Municipal waste shall, for the purpose of its treatment, be handed over to the contracting authorities through a collection company at the place of delivery of the waste designated by the tenderer in accordance with these specifications.
