PL-Stara Błotnica: credit granting services

The subject-matter of the public contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 3000000 for the repayment of previously contracted loans and loans on the following terms:
(a) the purpose of the credit: repayment of pre-emptive borrowing commitments,
(b) the amount of credit: PLN 3000000,00 (in words: three million zlotys),
(C) type of credit: long-term,
(D) term of credit:starting date until 30.9.2020
(e) repayment of Polish zlotys: capital in quarterly instalments, on the last day of the quarter over a period of 8 years (31 instalments).Payment of the first instalment 31.3.2013 and the last instalment 30.9.2020
— 2013 – 4 instalments of PLN 40000,00 each;
— 2014 – 4 instalments of PLN 40000,00 each;
— 2015 – 4 instalments of PLN 40000,00 each;
— 2016 – 4 instalments of PLN 40000,00 each;
— 2017 – 4 instalments of PLN 147500,00 each;
— 2018 – 4 instalments of PLN 147500,00,
— 2019 – 4 instalments of PLN 147500,00 each,
— 2020 – 2 instalments of PLN 200000,00 and last instalment of PLN 190000.
(F) interest payable monthly, calculated on the actual drawdown, collected on the last day of the month starting from the month in which the loan tranche was drawn down. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, the payment is the first business day after the due date for payment. The Bank will inform the Contracting Authority in writing of the amount of interest to be paid on the part of the loan used (e.g. mail, fax) at least 5 days before the due date;
(g) an annual variable interest rate based on the WIBOR 3M rate on the date of conclusion of the agreement, updated after each three-month period from that date, plus the Bank’s margin.
(H) If the loan is repaid at an earlier date, interest will be calculated on the amount actually disbursed and not until the end of the agreement – the possibility of early repayment of the credit without incurring additional costs.
(I) the contracting authority defines a blank promissory note accompanied by a promissory note as a form of security for the loan,
(J) Deadline for starting point of credit: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2012, the contracting authority shall inform the contractor in writing of the size and the date on which the loan tranche is to be released.
(K) The contracting authority reserves the right not to use the full amount of the loan without additional fees and charges. If a loan is taken out in an amount lower than planned, this will not result in the termination of the credit agreement and will not give rise to any other claim against the contracting authority.
(L) The contracting authority reserves the right to reimburse in advance (before the date of signature of the credit agreement) expenditure incurred.
