HbR observes that more and more applications are coming in for business premises with a size between 500-1500 m2 with a small office facility. HbR cannot meet this demand within its existing real estate portfolio. The requesting parties are often the suppliers of port-related customers in the field of high-quality production, research and laboratory-like functions, assembly and maintenance.
