Description

The subject of the negotiated contract is the concession of rights to use the Omega FA solution, accommodation and evolutionary, corrective and adaptive maintenance, as well as evolutionary maintenance at the request of the Banque de France and reversibility.
The market is divided into 3 tranches (TR) as follows:
Tranche 1 firm:
This fixed tranche consists of 2 components:
— strand 1: granting rights to use the existing Omega FA solution and hosting the Omega FA solution,
— strand 2: support, corrective, evolutionary and adaptive maintenance of the OMEGA FA solution at the contractor’s initiative (including standard and legal developments).
Tranche 2 conditional on order forms:
The purpose of this tranche is to:
— support, evolutionary and adaptive maintenance at the initiative of the client of the Omega FA solution,
— user training.
Conditional tranche 3:
This tranche concerns the reversibility of the Omega FA solution.
