Description

De gemeente Nijmegen en Stadsschouwburg Nijmegen zijn voornemens om na 60 jaar een omvangrijke renovatie van de Stadsschouwburg Nijmegen aan te gaan, om op die wijze het gebouw weer veilig en toekomstbestendig te maken voor de komende 25 jaar. De Stadsschouwburg Nijmegen heeft als rijksmonument een hoge waardering in het bouwhistorisch onderzoek. Het uitgangspunt hiervoor is het Masterplan Toekomstvisie Stadsschouwburg Nijmegen “Plek in de stad”. Het doel van de aanbesteding is het sluiten van een bouwteamovereenkomst en optioneel een uitvoeringsovereenkomst met één (1) opdrachtnemer met als taken: 1. in de ontwerpfase komen tot een ontwerp voor de audiotechniek op maat voor de Stadsschouwburg Nijmegen. Dit ontwerp moet zijn afgestemd met andere ontwerpende partijen; 2. in de uitvoeringsfase het leveren en installeren van audiotechniek conform de bestekken en de daarin van toepassing verklaarde voorwaarden; 3. binnen het taakstellend budget ten behoeve van de renovatie van de Stadsschouwburg Nijmegen.
