Services of maintenance of the green spaces of the groups of the rental park of Haute-Savoie HABITAT for lots 14C, 21E 22C and 33B declared without follow-up because of unsuccessfulness at the end of the initial consultation (OJEU 92891-2025) Haute-Savoie HABITAT is willing to regenerate the green spaces through this maintenance contract and wishes to be accompanied by the companies in order to change the maintenance practices of the green spaces. The contract provides for two management plans: the regenerative management plan and the traditional management plan. The desire of Haute-Savoie HABITAT is to be able to opt for the most appropriate management plan for its green spaces, depending on the relationship with the company, the residents and the needs of the sites. The place of performance of the services by lot and the breakdown of the services are set out in Annex 1 (Batch Breakdown Table) to the STS.
