Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the winter maintenance of municipal roads consisting in maintaining road passability in the winter, in the 2024/2025 season, in a 24-hour system, 7 days a week. The task will be to combat winter slipperiness, snow removal of road surfaces and sidewalks using mechanical equipment as part of concluded contracts for the provision of transport services. The Contracting Authority accepts the possibility of submitting partial tenders according to the division specified in point 2. 2. The Contracting Authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted in accordance with the following subdivision: (a) Part I – Paved roads – Route I, (b) Part II – Paved roads – Route II, (c) Part III – Paved roads – Route III, (d) Part IV – Paved roads – Route IV, (e) Part V – Unpaved roads – Route I, (f) Part VI – Unpaved roads – Route II, (g) Part VII – Walkways and cycle paths – Route I, (h) Part VIII – Walkways and cycle paths – Route II, (i) Part IX – Walkways and cycle paths – Route III, (j) Part X – Walking and cycle paths – Route I, (k) Part XI – Walking and cycle paths – Route II, (l) Part XII – Snow loading and removal, (m) Part XIII – Loading of salt-sand-sand mixture. 3.
