1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowych, nieużywanych pojazdów samochodowych z przeznaczeniem dla izb administracji skarbowej. 2. Zamawiający podzielił przedmiot zamówienia na 8 części. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na każdą z 8 części zamówienia. Oferty będą oceniane w każdej części osobno. 3. Szczegółowe wymagania i sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w SWZ, w specyfikacjach funkcjonalno-technicznych dla danej części zamówienia oraz w Projekcie umowy.
