Description

The subject of this public contract is the performance of maintenance and repair services for the contracting authority's rolling stock, namely large-capacity trams of the Škoda 39T type. More detailed information can be found in the tender documentation. Annex 3 to the tender specifications, containing the specification of the maintenance services, contains confidential information. The contracting authority shall provide this part of the procurement documents to qualified participants in the procurement procedure in accordance with the provision. Section 36(8) of the ZZVZ in conjunction with Section 96(2) of the ZZVZ only upon request and against submission of a signed agreement on the protection of confidential information (‘NDA’). The model NDA, which forms Annex 9, is published together with the tender documentation on the contracting authority's profile for free download. The NDA submitted by the contractor as an applicant for the confidential parts of the tender documentation must fully correspond to the text of the NDA template published pursuant to the previous paragraph (places for completion by the contractor are marked as [COMPLETE SUPPLIER]) and must be signed by the person(s) authorised to represent the contractor. If, under a prior authorisation, the NDA is signed by a person other than the person(s) authorised to represent the Contractor, such authorisation must be submitted together with the NDA. The submission of a signed NDA is also subject to mandatory electronic communication under Article 2 of the Tender Specifications. The contracting authority then sends the electronically signed NDA back to the contractor and provides the protected part of the tender documentation within 3 working days of receipt of the duly signed proposal by the contractor, but • only to the qualified tenderer invited to submit a tender and • at the earliest at the same time as sending the invitation to tender.
