Description

Der OOWV möchte auf dem Gelände des Wasserwerkes den Neubau der Betriebsstelle für die Rohrnetze mit Sitz des Regionalleiters erstellen. Es ist eine neue Betriebsstelle mit Verwaltungs-, Umkleide-, Sanitär- und Aufenthaltsräumen für die Belegschaft geplant. Neben diesem Betriebsgebäude ist eine Halle geplant, in der die Fahrzeuge für den Außeneinsatz bestückt und die benötigten Materialien, Werkzeuge und Maschinen gelagert werden. Da sich bereits im Bereich der Neubauten weitere Gebäude befinden, die erschlossen sind, ist die Erschließung gesichert.
