Market dialogue: Long-read sequentator for Helse Stavanger HF
Tenderers are hereby invited to a market dialogue for the procurement of 2025/44882 for the procurement of a long-read sequencing system for Helse Stavanger HF. The market dialogue is a part of the preliminary work for the procurement and will be carried out as the Contracting Authority wants to map the market, as the Contracting Authority is only aware of one actor in the market who can deliver equipment that fully covers Helse Stavanger ́s needs. The Department of Medical Microbiology at Stavanger University Hospital, Helse Stavanger HF, shall procure a long-read sequencing instrument to increase the capacity and analyses of the spectre. The instrument must be able to fulfil the following minimum requirements: must be able to perform single-molecule long-read sequencing and generate MINIMUM DNA readings of 30 kb+, must be able to perform real-time sequencing on several separate sequencing units simultaneously to provide sufficient capacity and flexibility, must be a high capacity system and be able to theoretically generate a minimum of 200 Gb per separate sequencing unit, must fit in a laboratory with limited space and be easily movable (benchtop model). The contracting authority requests that long-read sequential tenderers submit product information on the offered equipment and describe how this fulfils the requirements stated in the description of the above point. The product information must include technical information on the equipment and information on the manufacturer and country of production. Questions to the market dialogue and the submission of the requested information will be made in the Mercell communication module. The deadline for sending replies is 27 June 2025, 12.00. Initially the market dialogue will be carried out in writing via Mercell. Dialogue meetings can be set up at a later date if the Contracting Authority deems this appropriate. See the attached document Invitation to market dialogue for further information.
