Services relating to the reservation and issue of occasional passenger air transport tickets on external flights, on domestic flights as well as air ticket subscriptions on external flights and air ticket subscriptions on domestic flights Any economic operator may request clarifications relating to the tender documentation no later than 18 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders set out in the contract notice, and the consolidated reply to these will be published in SEAP at the same section on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders, the contracting authority not complying with requests made by any means of communication other than that established or sent after that date.
