Description

The purpose of this consultation is to provide, install and maintain access and video surveillance systems for GRDF sites. In particular, the Supplier must: Proceed with the installation, commissioning and training of GRDF staff or by name designated by GRDF on the GRDF sites that have been planned Integrate the software(s) concerned into the GRDF information systems Proceed with the maintenance of the video surveillance equipment and access to the sites and the associated software and computer equipment according to the duration desired by GRDF The additional services deemed necessary. The candidate must complete the application file accessible on https://externe.secoia.grdf.fr and provide the following documents: A DC1 form or letter of application, including a declaration on the tenderer’s honour that the candidate is not excluded from tendering for a public contract in accordance with Article R.2143-3 1° of the Public Procurement Code. A DC2 form, containing all the information and documents requested under Sections – Copy of the judgment opening the receivership, if the candidate is the subject of such a procedure – SIREN number – Certificate of tax regularity – Certificates of social regularity – Powers authorising the signatory to bind the individual candidate or each member of the group. - Proof of insurance covering the services covered by this contract If the candidate relies on the capacities of other economic operators, he shall prove the capacities of that or those economic operators and provide written proof that he or she will have them available for performance of the contract. In the case of a group or subcontracting, the documents listed must be produced for each member of the group or subcontractors. Applicants are not required to provide supporting documents and means of proof which have already been sent to GRDF during a previous consultation and which remain valid Certificates must be drawn up by the administrations and bodies of the country of origin. Where such a certificate is not issued in the country concerned, it may be replaced by a declaration under oath, or in States where no such oath exists, by a solemn declaration made by the interested party before the competent judicial or administrative authority, a notary or a qualified professional body in the country.
