Description

The purpose of this draft contract is to carry out the application third-party maintenance, administration and operation of the SIGLE information system.
This draft contract is subject to the negotiated procurement procedure after prior publication and call for competition in accordance with the provisions of Articles 201-l 1, 34, 243 and 244 of the Public Procurement Code.
In accordance with Article 248 of the Public Procurement Code, the contract may include one or more conditional tranches in accordance with the detailed rules set out in the consultation file.
