Description

The aim and purpose of the road marking application to be procured is the efficient planning, recording and processing of road marking inserts. A uniform, digital system solution is being sought for the cantonal roads of the Canton of Bern. The civil engineering office TBA is the focal point when it comes to roads in the canton of Bern. It ensures a safe, compatible and available road network. In this context, the TBA is responsible, among other things, for the operational maintenance of the cantonal roads. An important task in the summer semester in this area is the maintenance of road markings. The planning, controlling and quality assurance of these orders takes place in the road inspectorates today with a system that is end of live and is to be replaced and improved.
