Description

Zamówienie obejmuje: 1. Wymianę źródeł światła. 2. Wymianę opraw oświetleniowych. 3. Wymianę i prostowanie słupów 4. Usuwanie awarii: - lokalizacja uszkodzenia kabla wraz z mufowaniem; - wymiana uszkodzonej linii kablowej; - wymiana lub naprawa szafy oświetleniowej. 5. Zabezpieczenie i wygrodzenie miejsca kolizji komunikacyjnej oraz usunięcie uszkodzonych elementy infrastruktury oświetleniowej z jezdni, torowiska, chodnika lub drogi rowerowej. 6. Wykonywanie pomiarów instalacji elektrycznej i uziemiającej. Zakres rzeczowy usług stanowi załącznik nr 1 do umowy i nr 11 do SWZ. Zamawiający wymaga udzielenia 24 miesięcznej gwarancji i rękojmi na przedmiot zamówienia od dnia podpisania danego protokołu odbioru usług.
