The subject of this contract is the heavy interior and exterior renovation, including the surroundings of a part of a hospital building intended for higher education. For the heavy renovation part, lot 1 includes demolition work, stability work, renovation of the envelope respecting the Qzen, finishing work, installation of special technical equipment, as well as the construction of fixed office and classroom furniture and furniture specific to laboratories.
