Description

The Department of Eure wishes to have an event market encompassing several dimensions. In the first place, as regards the creation and installation of decoration and event dressing, this will consist of the accompaniment for the operational directorates in order to propose and dress the places hosting the events organized by them. Secondly, with regard to the supply of furniture, the Department wishes to benefit from the supply, assembly/disassembly and delivery of these supplies to the venues hosting the events. Two lots are provided for this purpose: the first concerns the supply of small classic furniture, the second concerns the supply of tents with different surfaces. Finally, the last lot will be for technical management services to benefit from support on events. It may be the supply of materials only, or the supply and human support depending on the type of event organized.
