The procurement will be implemented through a grant from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) under the procedure ‘Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock – Stage I’. The first stage of the procedure provides for the intensity of the grant to be 100% of the eligible costs. The scope of the procurement includes the following activities: - Design - preparation of technical investment design, according to design assignment; - Construction – implementation of the construction and installation works (CMP) provided for in the investment project; - Author's supervision - exercising author's supervision under the Spatial Planning Act during the execution of construction and installation works. Burgas, Izgrev bl. 39, entrances 1-13, with ID 07079.501.39.1 of the KKKR of Burgas. The multi-family residential building category IV (fourth) within the meaning of Article 137(1)(4)(e) of the Spatial Development Act and Article 9(1) of Regulation No 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction and is privately owned. The building consists of 241 residential buildings, located in four entrances with a basement with a total built-up area under the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) of 22 058.99 sq.m. A Design Terms of Reference have been prepared for the building, which is an integral part of these Technical Specifications, detailing the requirements for the volume and content of the investment project.
