The purpose of this invitation to tender is to conclude a contract with 1 provider that can meet the borrowing needs for temporary flexible workers on a temporary agency, posting and/or payroll basis. The effective date of the contract is set at 1.1.2016.
The outcome of the call for tenders contributes to the achievement of the following objectives of Avans:
— the provision of high-quality flexible forces in line with the different needs of the academies and services;
— comply with laws and regulations governing;
— procurement legislation;
— loan liability;
— the agreement should reflect the specific dynamics of Avans;
— structural reduction of the total integrated costs related to staff borrowing;
— transparency in cost building and tariff agreements;
