Description

This consultation has been launched because formalised procedure No GHT/2024-023 (published on 21/04/2024 - opinion No 24-46831) was declared unsuccessful. In accordance with Article R2124-3 paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Code, consultation is relaunched in the form of a procedure with negotiation. The procedure will take place in several stages. In accordance with Articles R2142-15 to R2142-18 of the Public Order Code and depending on the sufficiency of the applications received and deemed admissible in the light of the criteria defined below, the number of candidates admitted to tender for the "Offers" phase will be a maximum of 5 candidates (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 candidates deemed admissible by the contracting authority). The latter reserves the right to continue the procedure if the number of 5 candidates is not reached. The purpose of this consultation is to provide medical transport services that must be covered by the Hôpital Nord Franche-Comté with implementation of Article 80 of the LFSS (excluding transport requested by a Centre 15) on medical prescription by ambulance, by bariatric ambulance or by professionalized seated transport 24/24 hours and 7/7 days for the benefit of the Hôpital Nord Franche-Comté.
