Description

Die Stadtwerke Solingen GmbH betreibt zur Trinkwasserversorgung u.a. das Wasserwerk Glüder. Dieses bezieht Wasser aus der Sengbachtalsperre, einer Trinkwassertalsperre. Die aktuell bestehende Pumpenhalle mit vier Pumpen soll durch einen hochmodernen Neubau mit ausreichend Platz für die erforderlichen Pumpenanlagen sowie Multifunktionsräume für Beschäftigte und Besucher ersetzt werden. Weiter sollen die Außenanlagen ansprechend gestaltet werden. Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags sind die hierfür erforderlichen Planungsleistungen insbes. der HOAI-Leistungsbilder Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerk, Objektplanung Gebäude- und Innenräume, Objektplanung Freianlagen, Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung für die Anlagengruppen Starkstromanlagen, fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen sowie Automation eines Trinkwasserpumpwerkes.
