Description

El objeto de este contrato es la prestación del servicio de "TRASLADO, CARGO Y DESCARGA, MONTAJE Y DESMONTAJE DE ESCENARIOS" al Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Fuenlabrada, en lo sucesivo "Ayuntamiento (Ayto.)", con arreglo a las condiciones que en este Pliego se especifican. Dicha prestación tiene como fin primordial el transporte, montaje, desmontaje, carga y descarga, guarda y custodia de todo tipo de escenarios (propios o cedidos), así como de aquellos elementos que garanticen la protección de la superficie sobre la que se sustenten. Por otra parte, se proyecta alcanzar un contrato administrativo al objeto de satisfacer las necesidades antes señaladas, que resulta idóneo en cuanto a su objeto y contenido, tanto en cuanto por su naturaleza y tipología contractual, plazo y precio. El contrato abarca la totalidad del objeto preciso para cubrir las necesidades anteriormente mencionadas, sin que se haya fraccionado irregularmente. El Ayuntamiento de Fuenlabrada, en el marco de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, tiene atribuidas competencias en materia de mantenimiento y conservación de las instalaciones objeto del contrato por encontrarse en inmuebles de propiedad municipal, y por tanto, ser una competencia propia.
