Description

The subject of the public procurement is the intellectual services of external experts in the evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of HAMAG-BICRO programmes and projects. The service must be performed in accordance with the conditions set out in the Description of the subject of the procurement. The procuring entity shall plan to conduct the simple procurement procedure for Group 2 separately, in accordance with Article 23(3). ZJN 2016 Consequently, the provisions laid down below in this Tender documentation relate exclusively to Group 1, which is the subject of this open procurement procedure.
