1. Świadczenie usług III linii wsparcia systemu Centralny Service Desk; 1) w zakresie zamówienia podstawowego: a) świadczenie Usługi Wsparcia dla Oprogramowania SM, przez okres 36 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia Umowy nie wcześniej jednak niż od 01.02.2027 r., b) świadczenie usług III linii wsparcia, zwanych dalej Usługami Utrzymania Systemu CSD w liczbie do 6000 Roboczogodzin, przez okres 36 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia Umowy, nie wcześniej jednak niż od 01.02.2027 r., 2) w zakresie zamówienia objętego opcją: a) świadczenie Usługi Wsparcia dla Oprogramowania SM, przez okres 12 miesięcy liczony od dnia zakończenia świadczenia Usługi Wsparcia, o której mowa w pkt. 1 ppkt 1 lit a). b) świadczenie Usługi Utrzymania Systemu CSD w liczbie do 1800 Roboczogodzin przez okres 12 miesięcy, liczonych od dnia zakończenia świadczenia Usługi Utrzymania, o której mowa w pkt. 1 ppkt 1 lit b). 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Tom III SWZ - OPZ oraz Tom II SWZ - PPU.
