Description

This is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but a request for information and an invitation to a market dialogue. The City of Savonlinna's procurement services are preparing a tendering process for the management services of the forest property of the municipality of Rantasalmi. A market dialogue is foreseen as one of the preparatory stages. With this request for information, the procuring entity maps the market and invites interested parties to register for the market dialogue to be conducted. The aim of the market dialogue is to present the starting points of the procurement, to engage in a dialogue on the implementation and content of the procurement and to obtain the views of the participants. The market dialogue is carried out in a manner considered by the contracting entity, e.g. by sending draft tender documents for comments, etc. For greater certainty, the contracting entity does not undertake to carry out the procurement and the documents presented during the market dialogue are draft documents. Registration for a market dialogue is not a prerequisite for participation in any subsequent competitive tendering and is not binding on the participants. The contracting entity shall not pay any compensation for participation in the market dialogue. Market dialogue and related communications are carried out electronically through the City of Savonlinna's Procurement Services unit.
