As part of efficiency, the Contractor intends to tender the two transport groups in combination.
WMO transport is carried out on the basis of the Social Support Act, the relevant municipal policy, the municipal regulations, the Passenger Transport Act 2000 (Wp2000) and the decisions taken pursuant to these Acts.
