Description

1. The subject of the contract includes a service consisting in organizing and conducting in the Municipality of Lublin: 1) Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK); 2) mobile municipal waste collection points referred to in point. 2nd sub-point. (3) (h) and (i). 2. The Contractor shall exercise the utmost care taking into account the professional nature of the activity required of the professional and incur all costs related to: 1) organizing and running PSZOK; 2) organizing and running mobile collection points for municipal waste referred to in point. 2nd sub-point. (3) (h), (i), with a frequency of once a month; 3) collecting and handing over for management the following types of separately collected municipal waste, provided by the owners of real estate on which residents from the Lublin Commune incur a fee for the management of municipal waste, hereinafter referred to as the owners of real estate: Packaging containing or contaminated with residues of hazardous substances - waste code 150110*, (b) Tyres used - waste code 160103, (c) Concrete waste and concrete debris from demolition and renovation - waste code 170101, (d) Brick debris - waste code 170102, (e) Mixed waste of concrete, brick debris, ceramic waste and fittings other than those mentioned in 170106 - waste code 170107, (f) Paper and paperboard - waste code 200101, (g) Glass - waste code 200102, (h) Clothing - waste code 200110, (i) Textiles - waste code 200111, (j) Solvents - waste code 200113*, (k) Plant protection products - waste code 200119*, (l) Fluorescent lamps and other waste containing mercury - waste code 200121*, (m) Oils and fats other than those mentioned in 200125 - waste code 200126*, (n) Paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, binders and resins containing dangerous substances - waste code 200127* (o) Paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, binders and resins other than those mentioned in 200127 - waste code 200128, (p) Cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs - waste code 200131*, (q) Medicines other than those mentioned in 200131 - waste code 200132, (r) Batteries and accumulators including batteries and accumulators mentioned in 160601, 160602 or 160603 and unsorted batteries and accumulators containing these batteries - waste code 200133*), (s) Batteries and accumulators other than those mentioned in 200133 - waste code 200134, (t) Plastics - waste code 200139, (u) Metals - waste code 200140, (v) Large wastes - waste code 200307, (w) Wastes ineligible for medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes - waste code ex 200199. 3. When performing the subject-matter of the contract, the Contractor shall, throughout the period of performance of the contract, ensure: 1) collection in PSZOK of the following types of municipal waste, provided by property owners in an unlimited amount: a) furniture and other bulky wastes referred to in point. 2nd sub-point. 3) (v, b) textiles and clothing referred to in point. 2nd sub-point. 3) (h), (i), (c) paper and cardboard referred to in point. 2nd sub-point. 3) (f), (d) plastics referred to in point. 2nd sub-point. 3) points t, e) metals referred to in point. 2nd sub-point. 3) (u), (f) glass referred to in point. 2nd sub-point. 3) (g), (g) hazardous wastes referred to in point. 2nd sub-point. 3) a, j, k, l, m, n, o, p, q, r, s, w. 2) collection in PSZOK of the following types of municipal waste, provided by property owners in a limited amount: a) construction and demolition waste referred to in point. 2nd sub-point. 3) points c, d, e - up to 2,00 Mg/year/holding; worn-out tyres referred to in point (b). 2nd sub-point. 3) (b) in the amount of 8 pieces/year/household. 3) collection during mobile collection of municipal waste referred to in point. 2nd sub-point. 3) h, i, provided independently by the owners of the property in sealed and undamaged bags with a maximum capacity of 120l, in a limited quantity of 2 x 120 l / household. 4. The Contractor is obliged to develop in agreement with the Ordering Party: 1) the Regulations of the Separate Collection Point for Municipal Waste, also called the Regulations of PSZOK, 2) the Regulations for the collection of clothing and textiles during the mobile collection of this waste, within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 5. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of changing the Regulations of PSZOK, only after agreement with the Contractor. 6. The Contractor shall meet the following requirements: 1) Conducting waste collection activities in a place and in a manner consistent with applicable regulations, including having the necessary consents and permits. 2) PSZOK should ensure the acceptance of municipal waste referred to in point. 2nd sub-point. 3) provided independently by the owners of residential properties located in the Lublin Commune, at least from Monday to Friday. 3) PSZOK should be located on the property owned or for which the Contractor has an appropriate legal title (e.g. ownership, perpetual usufruct, lease, rental, lending agreement), located in the Lublin commune. The Contractor undertakes to present documents confirming the possession of legal title to the property on which PSZOK is located at every written request of the Ordering Party. 4) PSZOK should be located on a fenced, paved square with an area allowing the placement of containers and the free driveway of cars delivering waste. 5) PSZOK should be protected against access by outsiders in a way that prevents the placement of waste outside the opening hours of PSZOK. 6) The area should be illuminated and monitored in accordance with Art. 6a of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws 2023.1587, as amended) .....cd in Section 2, point 2.1.2 Additional information
