Description

The coronavirus pandemic highlighted the urgent need for a sustained strengthening of the Public Health Service (PPS) to address future crises. Against this background, the Federal Government and the Länder concluded the Pact for the Public Health Service on 29 September 2020. With the implementation of the Pact, the ÖGD is to have more employees throughout Germany, be modernised and networked. To this end, the federal government will provide the federal states with a total of 4 billion euros by the end of 2026. Part of the agreement is also a joint campaign: "For a positive perception of the ÖGD, it is important that the activities and measures of the Public Health Service are visible and explained in a comprehensible way. The aim is therefore to further improve and expand communication on the activities and importance of the ÖGD at all levels. This also includes a joint campaign aimed at citizens with the aim of making the ÖGD more visible and comprehensible in its full range of tasks and importance for the protection of public health (Pact for ÖGD p. 5).” The object of the contract is the conceptual development including strategic derivation, planning of measures and operational implementation of a high-profile advertising campaign for the Public Health Service (ÖGD) in Schleswig-Holstein. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ For these framework agreements, the maximum value of the service within a contract period of fifteen months is a total of € 300,000.00. If the maximum value is reached, the contract automatically ends before the end of the intended contract period. There is no obligation to make minimum purchases and billing is based on services actually provided. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ The total budget of the contract for the fifteen-month period from 01.06.2025 to 31.08.2026 is up to EUR 300,000.00 for the costs of conception, implementation, production and media connection.
