Description

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of a photovoltaic installation with energy storage at the Nasienno-Szkółkarski Farm in Suków, in particular: a) installation of a photovoltaic installation with a total installed capacity of photovoltaic panels in the range of 75-140 kWp. The installed capacity will depend on the possibility of installing panels on the roofs of buildings. It is envisaged to install panels on the southern roofs of a warehouse and workshop building (108/1258) and possibly an administrative building with a sowing hall ( 108/1256) b) to install an inverter or inverters cooperating with a photovoltaic installation, which will be selected at the design stage in a way that ensures optimal operation of the entire system, c) it is allowed to install only one type of photovoltaic panels, i.e. all installed panels must be from one manufacturer and have the same type and model. At the same time, due to the wide variety of these elements on the market, it is allowed to install panels of different dimensions and power than indicated in the project, if the minimum requirements for the total power of the installation are met in total and the roof area is optimally used (d) Installation of an electricity storage/storage with a minimum capacity of 60 kWh - max 180 kWh - the capacity will be selected at the design stage taking into account the capacity of the planned photovoltaic installation. It is planned to install an outdoor energy storage near the existing transformer station. The selection of a specific technological solution and the location of the energy storage/warehouses will be selected at the stage of designing the installation, taking into account in particular the optimal conditions for its installation, i.e. ensuring climatic conditions appropriate to ensure the lifetime of the energy storage declared by the manufacturer, taking into account the requirements resulting from the provisions of law, including the provisions of construction law. e) It is also envisaged to install an integrated system of intelligent energy management if the need arises f) Possible installation and commissioning of a reactive power compensator (if the need arises) with the greatest possible range of reactive power regulation, which will be selected in terms of optimal operation of the entire installation at the stage of designing the investment task, and its final parameters will be set after the investment is completed g) Launch of the installed photovoltaic installation together with the energy storage 1. The scope and stages of the implementation of the task The Contracting Authority envisages the implementation of the task in 3 interrelated stages • Stage I: Supply and installation of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity in the range of 75-140 kWp (target: approx. 120 kWp) on the south/south-eastern roofs of buildings no. 108/1258 and possibly 108/1256. The scope includes the installation of a uniform type of panels from one manufacturer, inverters, electrical measurements, notification to the fire protection expert and PSP bodies, notification to the Distribution System Operator (OSD , preparation of the system for full cooperation with the energy storage and possible installation of the monitoring system. • Stage II: Supply, installation and integration with PV installation of energy storage with a capacity from 60 kWh to 180 kWh (finally approx. 100 kWh and a power of at least 40 kW) located in the vicinity of the transformer station, with accompanying infrastructure and possible adaptation of the transformer station to the requirements of the DSO. • Stage III: Installation and commissioning of the reactive power compensator (if necessary) and final integrated commissioning, testing and complete final reception of the synchronized PV + Warehouse system. Transmission of the necessary documents for signing a new distribution agreement.
