Description

The Velvet Municipality of Lüchow (Wendland) is planning the construction of three single-unit primary schools in the villages of Trebel, Küsten and Schnega. The existing primary schools there are not rehabilitable and do not meet the current space requirements. Synergetic effects through the simultaneous planning and construction of the three school locations with the same spatial program are, in addition to the economic and design aspects, the explicit goal of the competition. /// The object of this competition is the construction of three primary schools with approx. 950 m2 of NUF each in the villages of Küsten, Trebel and Schnega in the velvet municipality of Lüchow (Wendland). A basic concept is to be developed that works as an independent building in three different locations. The new school buildings are to be developed for the respective location. Here, one of the challenges of the competition is to design both three independent buildings inserted into the respective locality as well as a universal planning concept based on the same space requirements with the corresponding economic advantages to be found. /// Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
