Germany-Potsdam: Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services
The intention is to build one or more office and laboratory buildings in Potsdam.
The sub-plot to be built is located in the Golm Science Park and is approximately 3 800 m². The available base area is estimated at 2 055 m², with the building surface area that can be overbuilt is approximately 1 100 m². A four-storey construction is permitted.
The land is covered by the development plan 100-1, Golm Science Park. This is the sub-area GEe4 in the northern part of plot 1 of plot 1244 between the road am Mühlenberg and the Golm Innovation Centre.
It is planned to construct one or more office and laboratory buildings. Approximately 50 % of the area should be used for laboratory use. Approximately 40 % will be available for office space and around 10 % for social space.
A modular design is being sought in order to ensure the most flexible and customisable and upgradable use. Safety levels 1 or 2 must be met by the laboratories, but different tenants should be able to offer tailor-made solutions.
The planning is based on an already existing 2014 concept study, which will be made available to candidates.
The subject of the contract is the site planning services (buildings and space-building fittings), the design of the technical equipment, the design of the structures, fire safety and the design of open-air installations.
