Sweden-Stockholm: Earthmoving machinery
The electricity network based on Askim, Billdal and Hovås switchgear is old and needs to be modernised. The network also contains many components that are not reliable or of adequate personal safety quality or do not provide adequate voltage stability. Maintenance and inadequacy costs on lines based on these switchgear are high. There have also been long interruptions in the years 2011-2014 due to cable failures.
Examples of components identified for conversion are:
— Uninsulated overhead line (both low and medium voltage),
— Hard-end cables of the types AKKD, EKKD, alus 25, aluse (low voltage);
— ACJJ, ECJJ, FCJJ, FKKJ,
— Isolator type ELA12 (reliability),
— Disconnector type NGA, NGB, NGC, NEBB (personal safety);
— Components built before 1975,
— Network stations containing any of the above separators are switched unless there are specific reasons for keeping them (e.g. age or location).
After completion of the project, the security of supply for our customers will be improved and the risk of component related disruptions will be reduced. This would also lead to a reduction in misremediation costs in the area.
Tender specifications will be sent to qualified suppliers via e-call.
N.B.:
On 20 April, an information meeting will be held in Gothenburg for qualified tenderers. Please reserve time for this purpose, exact time and place will be communicated to those who qualified for the procurement.
