Description

This contract is a construction works and equipment contract for the new circular and social economy centre in Rhisnes. This centre, which is the subject of an ERDF project, will be located at the back of the existing site of the Ressourcerie Namuroise de Rhisnes. It will include 4 specific infrastructures: - a workshop space - a permanent repair shop in which citizens can come to have a series of various objects and furniture repaired - a library material intended to enhance reuse materials - a recyparc, recyparc focused on reuse with voluntary contribution space The market is divided into 2 lots: - LOT 1: Main works contract and equipment for premises - LOT 2: Market for the development of the surroundings and fencing
