Description

Le projet de restructuration partielle du collège Robert Schuman à Halluin concerne des travaux portant sur des bâtiments existants, des démolitions de bâtiments existants et des travaux neufs. Ces travaux sont organisés en 2 phases. Les bâtiments existants sur le site portent les appellations A, B1, B2, C, D.
Le programme des travaux consiste en:
— Réhabilitation du rez de chaussée du bâtiment A, extension de ce bâtiment et reprise des façades tous niveaux,
— Création du Parvis, déplacement et repose de l'oeuvre d'art,
— Construction de la demi-pension, des logements de fonction,
— Réhabilitation lourde du bâtiment B1 et reprise des façades et de la toiture du bâtiment B2,
— Reprises des façades du bâtiment D,
— Les bâtiments C et E seront démolis,
— Reprises des VRD sur l'ensemble du collège.
