1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa systemu badawczego do hodowli i analizy biofilmów tworzonych przez drobnoustroje na potrzeby Katedry i Zakładu Mikrobiologii Uniwersytetu Medycznego we Wrocławiu.
2. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Arkuszu informacji technicznej, stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SIWZ.
3. Szczegółowe warunki i zasady realizacji umowy określa wzór umowy, stanowiący załącznik nr 5 do SIWZ.
