Description

BWI GmbH (hereinafter: "BWI") is considering concluding a framework contract with a single contractor for the provision of software for an electronic logbook with integrated pool vehicle calendar in the Software-as-a-Service model, including functionally related hardware components (OBD plugs), digital key cabinets and their maintenance, as well as the provision of maintenance and development services of this software for own operation (own needs) amounting to approximately EUR 2 775 798.40 (net) (maximum EUR 4 163 697.60 (net) - see Annex 1 to the EVV contract value estimate). This requirement is to be awarded by means of a negotiated procedure without competition in accordance with § 14(4) VgV. The framework contract will be concluded for a maximum period of four years.
